Publishing Tournament Results

Understand when member-facing results become available and what ClubForge publishes.

Member results are published after completion

The member-facing Tournament Results page becomes available after the tournament is Completed. Results are not published merely because provisional standings are visible to an administrator during scoring.

What members see

The result page selects the report family for the tournament's scoring format. Supported views include Medal, Best Ball, Stableford, Match vs Par, and Skins. Medal + Skins events present separate Medal Play and Skins sections, followed by tournament contest results when contests exist.

When Prize Pool Administration has been finalized, the member results can include the corresponding payout information. Contest results and applicable non-participating score information are shown in their designated result sections.

Official results versus externally managed results

If the tournament was completed using Conclude Without ClubForge Results, ClubForge does not declare or publish official ClubForge standings for that event. The administrative tournament record remains intact, but the result page does not manufacture a ClubForge result from incomplete scoring data.

Archived tournaments

The normal active Tournament Results page is for completed, non-archived events. Archived tournaments use the club's historical or archived-results workflow instead.

Finalization is the publication boundary.

Administrators can review provisional standings throughout scoring, but member-facing official results follow the controlled completion workflow so players are not shown unfinished standings as final.
