Prize Pool Administration begins after official scoring

When Prize Pool Administration is enabled for a tournament, the stage becomes available after ClubForge official results are finalized. The tournament remains Results Pending until the payout workflow is completed.

Record participation

Enter the cash entry amount and mark which registered players paid the prize-pool entry. ClubForge displays the paid-player count and total pool. Save as needed, then select Finalize Participation when the payment record is ready.

Participation can be reopened before payouts are finalized if a payment record needs correction.

Configure payout rules

After participation is finalized, configure the payout shares appropriate to the tournament format. Depending on the scoring setup this can include paid places, gross versus net allocation, Medal versus Skins allocation, skins payout rules, and a contest-pool percentage.

For prize-pool-funded contests, choose an equal-share or fixed-dollar allocation. Externally funded contests require their external prize amount but do not reduce the tournament prize pool.

Review payment eligibility

ClubForge keeps standings and prize eligibility separate. For team formats, a team can remain visible in the standings but be excluded from Gross or Net prize eligibility when not every required team member is marked Paid. The payout review calls out those exceptions before finalization.

Recalculate and finalize

Use Save Settings & Recalculate to preview awards after changing payout rules. Review flight-by-flight and category awards, resolve any required tie or eligibility decisions, then select Finalize Payouts.

Finalizing payouts locks the payout record and completes the tournament. Use Reopen Payouts only when a correction is required; ClubForge moves the tournament back into the appropriate post-play state so awards can be recalculated safely.
