Use Billing to manage the subscription
Administrators with the Manage billing permission can open Administration → Billing to see the organization's current ClubForge plan, subscription status, billing-period dates, usage, and available subscription actions.
Starting a subscription
New subscriptions begin with a 30-day free trial. Before checkout, an authorized representative must accept the current ClubForge Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Payment information is then entered on Stripe's secure checkout page.
ClubForge stores the subscription information needed to administer the account, but raw card or bank-account details are entered and retained by Stripe rather than ClubForge.
Managing payment details and cancellation
Once Stripe billing is configured, select Manage billing to open Stripe's billing portal. Use the portal for payment-method changes and other Stripe-hosted subscription actions. After returning to ClubForge, the billing page is updated from Stripe through synchronization and webhooks; Refresh billing can also request a current status.
Plan and usage information
When tiered pricing is enabled, the Billing page shows the current plan, active-member usage, tournament capacity, and the largest current or upcoming tournament field. It also provides the available upgrade or downgrade actions.
ClubForge displays both the organization's operational status and its Stripe subscription status. Billing entitlement can affect access without changing the organization's underlying operational record.
