What counts toward the limits

The member limit applies to active members in the organization. The tournament limit applies to registered participants in each tournament. ClubForge uses the same central plan definition for billing, member administration, and tournament registration so the displayed capacity and enforcement rules remain consistent.

What happens at the limit

ClubForge prevents an action that would place the organization above its plan capacity. For example, a roster import that would exceed the active-member limit is blocked rather than partially imported. Tournament registration is likewise constrained by the plan's per-tournament participant limit.

A plan limit is different from a tournament's own player limit.

A tournament can be configured for fewer players than the subscription allows. The effective capacity cannot exceed the subscription tier even if the event itself is configured for a larger field.
