Website Management is the control center
Open Website Management from the administrator navigation to manage your organization's public ClubForge site. The website is built from a shared ClubForge design system, so you manage your club's branding, content, pages, and publication state without having to design a site from scratch.
The main website tools divide the work into a few focused areas:
- Site Header controls organization branding such as the logo, header image, and header background presentation.
- Homepage controls the editable content sections on the public home page.
- Pages controls custom pages, public navigation labels and order, and page publication.
- Bulletins provides a faster way to post timely notices without editing the homepage itself.
Draft changes are separate from the published site
ClubForge separates editing from publication. Saving a draft preserves your changes for administrators, while Publish creates the version visitors see. This lets you make and review changes without immediately changing the public site.
Use Preview to inspect the current draft before publishing. A page can also show that it has draft changes after its last published version.
For substantial website changes, the safest workflow is to save the draft, open the draft preview, and publish only after the content looks the way you expect.
Some pages are managed by ClubForge
ClubForge includes system pages such as the public Calendar. System pages participate in the site's navigation and publication model, but their operational content comes from ClubForge rather than from free-form page editing. Custom pages are the place for organization-specific information such as About, Membership, policies, or contact information.
