Use bulletins for timely notices

Homepage bulletins are intended for short-lived or timely club announcements that should not require editing the homepage layout. Open Bulletins from website administration and select Create bulletin.

Write the bulletin and choose its audience

Enter a concise title and message. You may attach an optional JPEG, PNG, or WebP image and provide the required image description when an image is used.

Choose Public when any website visitor may see the notice, or Members only when the bulletin should be restricted to authenticated members.

Schedule when it appears

The optional Show from and Show until fields control the bulletin's active window. ClubForge interprets those times using the organization's configured time zone.

Draft, publish, archive, and restore

• Draft keeps a bulletin saved without displaying it as a published notice.
• Publish makes the bulletin eligible to appear according to its audience and active dates.
• Archive removes the bulletin from active use while retaining the record.
• Restore to draft brings an archived bulletin back for editing without immediately republishing it.

The Bulletins page also has a master enable/disable setting. Disabling homepage bulletins stops them from displaying without deleting the saved bulletin records.
