Use Website Pages to control the site's structure
The Website Pages screen lists system and custom pages together with their navigation settings, publication state, public address, and available actions.
Create and edit custom pages
Create a custom page for organization-specific information that does not belong on the homepage. Each custom page has a title, a navigation label, a public page key, and structured content sections. Custom-page content uses the same section vocabulary as the homepage, including rich content, lists, accordions, tables, PDF viewers, and contact forms where supported.
Control public navigation
For each page, choose the navigation label and whether it appears in the public navigation. Pages already saved into navigation can be moved up or down to control their order. Saving these settings updates the draft; publish the page when you are ready for visitors to receive the updated navigation metadata and content.
Understand publication status
- Unpublished means there is no visitor-facing published version of the page.
- Published means visitors receive the last published snapshot.
- Draft changes means the editable page has changed since the published snapshot; visitors continue to see the prior published version until you publish again.
The Calendar is a ClubForge system page and cannot be unpublished. Other pages expose the actions appropriate to their page type.
Unpublish when you want to remove a page from public use while retaining it for later work. Delete only when the custom page itself is no longer needed.
